$1250/mth Bedroom in shared apartment. Summer rental or longer. great location. parking available.
Nicely sized bedroom with closet in shared apartment. Furnished with desk, desklamp, chair, shelves, bed, and mirror. Sheets available. Air conditioner in room.
I rented this space for the school year and am seeking someone to sublet my room for the... summer. There is an option to continue on in September with lease terms determined by the landlord.
The room will be available as of May 20th. Minimum sublet: 3 months.
Utilities are covered in the $1250/month rent - electricity, heat, water, internet.
The apartment is on the third floor with a porch that overlooks a small parking lot behind the building. Parking costs an additional $150/month.
There is laundry available next door, but the residents in this apartment tend to do laundry one block away at a nearby laundromat. Whole foods is a short 5 minute walk away.
There are two permanent male roommates (a phd student and a researcher), one woman who works out of her room during the week, and a short-term female student.
The 109 bus is a short ride to Harvard, but i tend to walk to the yard. It takes 20 minutes. The apartment is also walking distance from both Inman Square and Union Square.
First and last month's rent required to move in as well as a $500 security deposit.
