This is a quiet top floor unit that has its own bathroom and private stairwell, fully furnished. Perfect Location to HBS and the... engineering School. I love this unit, but I just finished school and its time for me to head out. The lease terms are specifically for this one unit, however, there are three other rooms below (all individual leases) that you would share a kitchen with. Most of these roommates are guys who are students at Harvard's engineering school, however, open to anyone interested, ideal for students.
