JULY SUBLET - Harvard Square Community House

We're a group of folks in our late 20s/early 30s living together in a beautiful house in Harvard Square.

We have two spots open for the month of July, and we'd love to keep the place filled with good conversation and inelegant laughter! Summer... subletters also have the option to join next year's lease, beginning on August 1.

The Ground Floor Room ($1660/month) is spacious with natural light from multiple windows. It is on the first floor.

The Basement Suite Room ($1550/month) has priority use of the basement living room/workspace and bathroom.

For the last seven years, we've created a home away from home with dinner parties with one another and also aim to host a larger event for the community every few months, like a concert, party, or something arts-related. We aim for a balance in the house in terms of gender and other factors.
