------------------ We are looking for tenants to occupy either one of the furnished bedrooms over the summer or to take over the whole apartment. Both my roommate and I will be out over the summer for research and an internship.
Date: May 23 to August 31 (move-in dates negotiable).
Pricing (all-inclusive, price negotiable): Option 1. The converted bedroom is 1344$ per month, 44.8$/day Option 2. The main bedroom is 1544$ per month, 51.5$/day Option 3. The whole apartment is 2688$ per month 89.6$/day
This is a top-floor apartment that offers plenty of natural light and tranquility in a popular neighborhood. It is right in Harvard Square and within a one-minute walking distance from the Harvard Yard. This apartment is right in the center of almost everything, but also has a good balance of quietness and convenience. We highly recommend the ramen house just downstairs; you can't miss it if you are in Cambridge.

1. This is a typical convertible 1B/1B, and it will be fully furnished with the most recent Ikea PS 2026 designs.
2. The furnishing will be completed by May 23, SORRY if we can't provide the actual photo before May 23, as this will be the first day of our lease. But we have already sourced the exact furniture as displayed in picture one.
3. Please feel free to be in touch before May 23, as we will consider procuring furniture based on your preferences for the living room and the kitchen!
4. The apartment is perfect for individuals or couples who prefer a well-decorated living room and a comfortable main bedroom.
