Seeking Fourth Roommate for Sunny 3rd-Floor Unit in Inman Square

*Looking for a fourth roommate starting September! (Inman Square, $1240)*

We are three PhD students in our mid to late-twenties at Harvard and MIT (Lena, Lucy, and Nico) searching for a fourth roommate for our beautiful spacious 4 bed/1.5 bath on...
the top floor of a three-flat in Inman Square. The room available has plenty of space for a bed, desk, and dresser and has two southwest-facing windows (it's the room in the pictures). There is also one shared balcony and a balcony off one of the roommates' rooms which can be used for dinner parties and entertaining.

We have an in-unit washer and drier and a dishwasher.

We all love this apartment very much and enjoy spending time together, though we're independent people with full lives outside of the house. We are looking for a person who will take good care of the space with us and who enjoys an occasional shared dinner and a friendly chat in the kitchen at the end of the day. Collectively we like watching movies, running, arts and crafts, chatting about politics, and cooking.

The room is available Sept 1, but if you need to move in earlier, another room is available for sublet starting July.

If you're interested, please reach out and let us know a little about you, including what you're looking for in an apartment! Sadly the place is not pet-friendly.
