spacious studio apartment in Harvard housing, right on campus

Apartment for rent 6/15 – 8/31

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my apartment for the summer. It’s a pretty spacious and bright first-floor studio unit with Harvard Housing, located on 95 Prescott St. The building is steps from Harvard Yard, and close to...
everything. There’s bike storage and laundry in the basement, and I have a Cambridge guest street parking permit you can use if needed (although you’d probably have to move the car frequently). It’s an ideal location for summer school students, interns, etc.

$2400/month. First month rent and a half-month deposit required upfront. The August end date is flexible, but I’d want at least a two-month sublet. No Sept- lease takeover requests please.

For more info on the building, please see the HUH website for the property "85-95 Prescott St."

Please email me if interested and I'll be happy to share pictures or videos of the unit.
