Sunlight Bedroom w/ 2 Closets Near Law School - Heat & Hot Water Included

One bedroom with two closets available in a cozy, top-floor 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Harvard Square, available starting 9/1/25 (potential flexible for a 8/15 half month sublease, full-year lease with option to renew). $1400/month, includes heat... and hot water. Wi-Fi, gas, and electric usually range from $50–$100/month depending on the season. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Harvard Red Line stop and close to the 77, 96 bus stops. There’s bike storage and app-based laundry in the basement. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

I’m looking for a female roommate who’s a working professional or Harvard-affiliated grad/PhD student, between the ages of 27–34. Must be clean, communicative, considerate in shared spaces, and not into throwing big parties (though occasional low-key game nights with a few friends are great!).

About me: My name is Marissa, and I’m a 29-year-old HR professional at Harvard. I’ve lived in the apartment for about a year and love it! In my free time, I enjoy writing sketch and stand-up comedy, working out, and unintentionally photobombing myself in “Your delivery is here” Doordash pictures. I’m introverted and independent but always down to grab a drink or catch a show.
