Looking for roommates!
My friend and I are looking for a roommate for our apartment near Porter Square—a 12 month lease starting in September.
The apartment is a 4 Bed 1.5 Bath on Craigie Terrace, a 10 minute walk to Porter Square/the red line, 15min... walk to Harvard Campus, and 20min from the green line. The nearest grocery store is a Star Market, a 5 minute walk away. The 87 and 83 bus lines are close by.
Rent: The available room is $1225. Photos attached. No broker’s fee.
Utilities (gas and electric) vary, usually between $65-$125 depending on the season. Coin-op laundry in the basement ($2 for wash, $2 for dry.
A parking spot is available for an extra ~$50.
I’m a Computer Science PhD student at Harvard (in AI and neuroscience), and my friend is a software engineer working remotely. We both have a bunch of active hobbies (hiking, climbing, soccer, etc.). We’re looking for either graduate students or young professionals who are clean, friendly, and communicate proactively!
