Two bedrooms currently available. Each bedroom has a complete bedroom set with side table and chest of drawers. There is also room for a small desk and bookshelf which is there currently but could be removed. Large Closets. Great light and some... sunrise and sunset as well with three Window bay.
It is one shared bath but we have different schedules and it's never been an issue
Large main floor with a back deck, big kitchen and counter, formal dining room is great to entertain as well. Living room with fireplace and tv.
The sun room houses my pet dove. She is extremely friendly, beautiful, and fun bird.
The Washer/dryer is in the Basement.
Dishwasher in kitchen and the only real rules are no dirty dishes left in the sink and overnight guests are a maximum of twice a week.

I am an artist/photographer/painter/sculptor and I travel a good bit. Very gregarious and friendly.
I like to keep the house clean and also we pitch in 100 a month for general cleaning by our housekeeper twice a month aka 50 each every two weeks
