1 room in 3bed/1.5 bath in unit washer/dryer, split AC/heating, natural light, high ceilings

I am subletting my room in a 3bed/1.5 bath in Brookline starting January 1, 2026 until August 31, 2026. Option to take over the lease for the next year. Rent is $1365, split AC/heating (I will also leave you an extra space heater). Roommates are two... women in their twenties who are affiliated with Harvard. Cat is leaving with me. Option to buy lightly used queen medium firmness/softness mattress from Mattress Firm and bed frame ($400 in total) and free desk.

No parking spot, public transit train station is Brookline Hills (Green Line D) and it is a 10 minute walk away. Route 60 bus spot is 1 min walk away, but that train only comes every hour. 15 min walk from Jamacia Pond. Twenty minute walk or 1 train stop to Brookline Village.

Grocery store (Kurkman's Market) 2 minute walk up the street. Amazing biscuits from the bakery Drive By Pies 1 minute walk up the street. Pizza Stop, So Kitchen (Thai takeout) 1 minute up the street.

Landlord is super responsive and gets things fixed quickly. I am also extremely clean myself so the room and the whole apartment will be spotless before you move in.

Approximate Utility Cost: $100
