We bought a condo and so we have to move out of our cozy and comfortable 4 Bedroom apartment in Huron Village - fantastic location that's close to campus, Porter and Harvard squares, Danehy Park, Hi-Rise Cafe and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars.
We... need someone to take over our lease from 2/1 to 6/30 and we can be flexible about that period. Whoever takes over the lease can then extend it for another year - the landlord is interested in keeping the same tenant.
