Apartment summer sublet close to Harvard College campus! (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I am searching for someone to sublet my room in this lovely apartment over the summer!

The room is fully furnished for $1200 per month. If this is slightly out of your price range, I would be willing to negotiate a bit—I'm listing super late, and I... am happy to figure out something that works for both of us! Other rooms in the apartment will also be available for a 12-month lease if you're interested in signing on in the fall.

The room is an ideal spot for someone studying at Harvard over the summer—I'm a PhD student studying evolutionary biology at Harvard, and I walk to work at the Cambridge campus every day. I've also decorated in a lovely "vintage academic" style that is warm and aesthetic. The rest of the apartment is also great—it's a clean, bright, and charming top-floor unit in a typical Somerville triple-deckers. It has in-unit laundry and window AC units. Overall, it's an incredible place; I'm still amazed I have it at the price.

The unit has 4 bedrooms total, and my three flatmates are excellent; I can personally speak to each of their characters. You will share the flat with them for some portions of the summer, but they will also be travelling at various points.

It's super convenient for walkable access to campus. It's only a :
- 15 minute walk from Harvard Yard,
- 10 minute walk from Inman Square
- 12 minute Walk from Union Square.
