Hello! I currently have available 1 fully furnished bedroom in a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse in beautiful Belmont. Tenant would have their own private entrance into the space. Located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood just outside of the city, there... are numerous restaurants and a grocery store just a ten minute walk away.Unfortunately, there is no parking. However, public transportation is readily available and runs just about every ten-fifteen minutes. The very reliable #73 bus stop is two blocks from the house and runs directly to Harvard Square (15-20 min. ride) where one can then access just about anywhere else in the city. Also worth mentioning, there is a shuttle service to Bentley College and a train to Brandeis just a short walk away.Washer and dryer usage for free in the basement!I am a working professional in the area and would ask that anybody interested would understand that this is a home that is kept clean, quiet, and harmonious.
