Share a beautiful, fully furnished three-bedroom apartment in Jamaica Plain with one male artist and his small, friendly dog. The apartment is filled with art and offers a peaceful, adult living situation—ideal for those who value beauty, quiet, and... independence. It sits directly on a park and has a calm, leafy outlook. Two private bedrooms are available, and we’re looking for two responsible individuals—no couples, please.

There is one nice bathroom, recently remodeled, and shared among the housemates. All utilities are included, so there are no extra bills. The apartment is move-in ready, with free shared laundry in the basement. It’s just two blocks from Whole Foods and a short walk to Jamaica Pond and Center Street’s restaurants and cafés. There’s easy access to the Longwood Medical Area, the 39 Bus, and the Orange Line at Stony Brook.

This is a respectful, welcoming space for independent adults seeking a thoughtfully maintained home in JP.
