Bright, spacious bedrooms available now in a large 5-bedroom / 2-bath apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a well-maintained two-family home near Tufts, Davis Square, and public transportation.
There are currently three respectful grad/professional... student residents in the apartment, and they are looking for compatible housemates for the summer. This is a great fit for someone who wants a clean, quiet, friendly shared apartment close to Tufts and Davis Square.

The apartment is large and sunny, with washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, two full bathrooms, new carpet and paint, and plenty of common space. Bedrooms are unfurnished.

Short-term summer rental available now through the end of August. July, August, or July + August may be considered. There may also be an opportunity to join a longer-term lease beginning September 1 if it is a good fit.

No off-street parking and no backyard access. Looking for responsible, respectful tenants who will keep the apartment clean and be considerate of the shared space.
