Beautiful, sunny, furnished condo (near Tufts, Harvard, MIT)

We welcome you to stay in our colorful condo in the heart of Somerville. The layout is spacious, giving you two bedrooms and two full baths, and a large living room/dining room open space. We're on the second floor so we get great natural light (we... rarely need to turn the lights on during the day). The condo was gut renovated in 2011 and all appliances are new and fully functional. Washer/drier in unit. Fully furnished with most everything you'll need in the kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances + everything you'll need to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter (blankets, carpets, heaters, etc).

We have a small porch on the second floor and a shared patio on the ground floor. Street parking is easily available.

We're about a ten minute walk to both Porter and Davis Squares. Five minute walk from the green line. And we're just a couple minutes from the bike path — an amazing 20-mile stretch of paved, multi-use path that's great for walking, jogging, and biking. We're within easy walking distance of grocery stores, drugstores, and restaurants.

We, the home-owners, will pay for the internet and utilities (savings of more than $200/month).
