Hello! I'm a resident at MGB/HMS and am looking for a roommate for the extra bedroom with private bathroom in my apartment in Downtown Boston. Listing/pics are in the link below.

The unit is south and east facing with views of the entire city (lots... of sunlight--can see the sunrise every morning. Located steps from the Common. Fully furnished apartment, room can come with queen bed if needed. Rent is $2500/month. No additional fees besides monthly utilities (~$100 total for all including wifi, electricity, heating, cooling etc). On the green/red line T. ~15 min walk to MGH, ~20 min T ride to BWH/HMS/HSPH/Harvard campus.

The apartment has a large living space, and features include: central air, dishwasher, disposal, in-unit washer & dryer, professionally managed (maintenance requests performed same-day), and pet-friendly. The common space is fully furnished. The apartment complex features 24/7 concierge, beautiful outdoor space with a pool and grills, 24/7 well-equipped gym, and many other amenities and events.
