Brickbottom Condominiums

My husband and I are planning to live in Italy for a year. During that time, we are
planning to rent out our ~1500 square foot loft-style condo in Somerville, MA
starting about April/May/June 2026 (dates are flexible).

The unit is furnished. Rental... cost includes condo
fee, heat, water, internet. You will need to pay for your own electricity. Our
condo is one of approximately 150 live/work residences in the Brickbottom
Artists Building in Somerville, MA with amenities that include on-site
management, an art gallery and shared courtyard. The unit comes with indoor
garage parking for 1 and possibly 2 cars and is less than 1/2 mile from the East
Somerville green line T stop and within walk/bike distance of MGH, Kendall Sq,
Harvard, and MIT.
