Bright, spacious and furnished 2B1B Peabody Terrace apartment with a river view
Hi! I’m a PhD student who will be away for fieldwork next year. My roommate is also graduating, so we are subletting our 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment at 11 Peabody Terrace.
The apartment is a bright, spacious, furnished unit on the 7th floor, with an... amazing river view. It is in a very convenient location: about a 10-minute walk to Harvard Yard, close to Whole Foods, Walgreens, and other groceries/shops, and with easy access to the Red Line at both Harvard Square and Central Square, as well as nearby bus routes to Cambridge/Boston.
This is a Harvard University Housing property, so the subletter must have a valid Harvard affiliation and complete the official HUH sublet process. HUH verifies eligibility individually.
The current official approved sublet period runs through March 31, 2027, per HUH policy. That said, because HUH leases are generally renewed on an annual cycle, my understanding is that a longer stay through the full academic year may very likely be possible, subject to HUH approval. Since March 31 falls during the spring semester, I’d be very happy to discuss this with anyone hoping to stay longer.
I’m also open to different lease lengths, including a summer sublet, fall-term sublet, semester-long stay, or a longer stay through the approved period / potentially the full year if permitted by HUH.
Happy to share photos, videos, and more details!
