THE HOUSE: Has a total of four bedrooms, two on one floor and two on the other floor.
Two rooms are available in a quiet and clean shared house. The environment is well-suited for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, or anyone looking for a... calm place to live.

Each floor has a full bathroom. There is also a living room and two spare rooms/additional dining room. Kitchen is large and is fitted with a washer and a large, new fridge. Front porch; rear deck, and updated plumbing, electrical and heating systems.

THE ROOM: Approx. 10 x 12 ft. Has hardwood floors; 2 large windows and a closet. Additional closet space in the living room.

LOCATION: Beals Street – beautiful, historic part of Brookline. Approximate walking time to Longwood Medical area is 20 minutes. House is within minutes of Coolidge Corner/Beacon Street as well as BU, BC, T stops and supermarkets on Commonwealth Ave. Also, not too far from MIT & Harvard. The area is very safe and pleasant.

RENT: $1200 per month INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES (that is, including electricity, gas and heating costs).

CURRENT OCCUPANTS: One female BU postdoc and one male PhD fellow at BCH. Both very courteous, quiet, responsible, and keep clean/organized living spaces.

AVAILABLE DATE: Now and June 20th

PARKING: An off-street parking space can be included at no extra cost.

OTHER DETAILS: Last month's rent and security deposit NOT required. Very responsible and attentive landlord who lives just blocks away. Responsible, non-smoker, preferably grad-stu or postdoc, long-term roommate preferred but no long-term lease required.
