Cambridge bed/sit rm in family home 20 min. to Harvard Sq by bus

Large sunny second floor 11 x 20 bed/sitting room with double bed, dressers, desk, sofa, table, closet, refrigerator, microwave. We prefer male room-mates. Bathroom on second floor for tenant, shared with one other tenant. By bus lines 71, 73 and 75... 15-20 minutes to Harvard Square, walk 35 minutes. Star Market 5 minutes. We are retired architect/author, pre-school teacher, cook, occasional young grandchildren. Renter can use our fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. We are liberal, agnostic, friendly. Parking sticker available for cars registered in Cambridge.
Looking for an easy-going person. This is a family house, best fit for someone who is interested in that kind of setting while they are here studying. Generally but not always quiet. No smoking, no candles.
