Shared use of bathrooms, shared use of kitchenette fully stocked with cookware and kitchenware included: radiant stove top ,toaster, small oven, hot water kettle, coffee Keurig , Microwave and outdoor propane grill . .The House is 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bath; Outside Shower, lots of private space, 40' foot deck overlooking big yard lounge chairs, garage space for bike storage , a section of deck next to kitchenette with small table + chairs for tenant use .

Landlady maintains housekeeping in common areas, housemates are expected to recycle and compost , and vacuum and maintain the cleanliness of furnished room every 6-8 weeks.
