Charming Room in Classic Home with Desk Option, Utilities Included, Near Transit and Trails

This is a room rental in a classic two-story home, where you'll share space with me and two senior cats. The newly furnished small bedroom is on the first floor off the living room and has a brand new IKEA full-size bed with built-in storage units... underneath, nightstand and lamp, and a bamboo wardrobe. Will customize with either a small desk, a comfy chair, or a TV, based on your preference. You will have your own private WIFI. You are welcome to use the large roll top desk in the living room and to relax in the living room in the evening unless I have guests. There's a 1/2 bath off the kitchen and a shared full bath with tub shower on the second floor. My home has warm wood floors and a modern kitchen and baths, a yard, and is a short walk to the bus stop to Harvard Square and to Belmont Center with shops, a great bookstore, and restaurants. You can also catch the train to North Station from there. Wonderful walking trails and conservation land are nearly. Females only, please.
