Fall Rental (August 15- January 15)
Spacious and comfortable house, nicely furnished and fully equipped in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brookline Hills, one block from the high school. Private backyard and large furnished deck. On the first floor there is a large eat-in kitchen,... a dining room, a living and a bright study/porch and a half bathroom. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms, plus one small bedroom, and two full bathrooms. There is also a finished basement with two sleeping couches, a large screen and a projector and we use it as a movie room. In the basement there is a laundry with washer and drier. The basement has an access to the garage. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the subway (Green D line), two stops to Harvard medical school and 5 stops to downtown Boston. Ten minute walk to a bus that goes directly to Harvard.
