Family House (Shared Housing)

There’s two medium size square rooms, they have closets, heater/ac , study desk, shoe rack, twin size bed.
Common areas are Chelsea broadway, laundromat 3 minute walk, mystic mall, Chelsea commons, downtown Boston, seaport
Our restrictions is No... smoking, no drinking, Can’t bring other people inside unless you asked. Always clean up after yourself, we like to be clean. Don’t hang anything that can damage the walls.
Parking access Not included but can street park with a Chelsea permit
Our nearest public transportation would be 2 Mbta buses 104 and 112 near the house. 111 and 116/117 buses at Broadway 7 minutes walk. Train at airport station and at haymarket. Blue bikes station at Broadway.
What’s in including as utilities is Light, water, heat, internet, and can use the kitchen whenever.
Additional information is that We have 3 cats and 1 tortoise, hopefully you would be accepting to the pets
