Furnished room available in a nice 4BR/2BA apartment
Private furnished room in a 4BR/2BA in Somerville $1250/mo, no deposit, no broker fees ≈$50-75/mo of utilities
Hello, we’re looking for a fourth (female) roommate to join us on a 1-year lease starting August, 1. A private, furnished room is... available.
The apartment is 20 minutes walking to Harvard Yard, and within walking distance to several train lines (12 minutes walking to Porter Square/Red Line; 14 minutes to the Green Line).
The apartment is ideally located, just next to Star Market and Market Basket, in a nice, safe, and quiet residential area with plenty of gardens around. The Somerville Community Path is also nearby which is a pleasant place to run or just go for a walk. To go out there are many restaurants, especially since the apartment is between Union Square, Porter Square, and Davis Square!
We have an in-unit laundry and dryer just next to the kitchen. Our kitchen is large and has two fridges and many storage, which allows us to spend as much time in the kitchen as we need without stepping on each other's toes. We also have a living room where we enjoy watching movies or playing board games.
To introduces ourselves, my roommate Barath (M) is a postdoctoral researcher at MIT. He enjoys cooking a lot, playing board games, discovering restaurants or nice shops around.
Etibar (M) is a remote IT professional currently working on AI projects. He is easygoing, enjoys playing chess and going to the gym.
My name is Iris (F) and I am a doctoral student at Harvard, who also enjoys cooking and boardgames, and I am always happy to discuss books or movies. I also like hiking and doing sport.
It is very important for us to have respectful relationships with the people we live with.
Please DM me if you are interested so I can share more details!
