The room is furnished and includes: bed, dresser, chair, lamp and night stand.

Located on the border of Winter Hill off Broadway --very close the Magoun Square with a laundromat with a variety of commuting options: bus stop (89, 101) and Blue Bike rentals nearby. Closest subway stops include: the multiple Green Line stops off of Broadway with the Sullivan Square (Orange Line) and Davis Square Red line). The location is about a twenty-five-minute walk to Davis Square, 15-minute walk to the bike path. Parking space availability is also an option.
