The first floor has a living room, and dining area with hardwood floors, and a large... eat-in kitchen with a half bath. Off the kitchen is a large private deck with umbrella and seating for four people. Just down the steps from the deck is a private fenced in landscaped yard, with a brick patio and bench.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two full baths. The master suite has it's own private bath and a Queen sized Tempurpedic bed. To access the master bedroom you walk through a large office with a desk built for two and lovely light from a sky light and two windows that open to catch the breeze when weather permits.
The smaller second bedroom is in the sunny front of the house with a new double sized mattress. It's full bath is right next to it.
