There is also another area under the peak that has a large drafting table and chair. The... bathroom is on the second floor. Also another room on the second floor is available as a living room for the tenant(s).
The kitchen is shared with the owner. Tenants have their own refrigerator and space for storage of groceries. There is a dining room and also a covered outdoor porch with a table. The entrance to the third floor is by the main staircase.
