Hobbit House close to Harvard Square

Hi! We are a small family (couple + toddler) and we're going to be away for the summer. Therefore, we're offering our place to sublet.

The place is a small 2-story house that includes:
- kitchen (with gas stove and refrigerator)
- 1 bathroom
- 2... bedrooms (big and small one)
- living room + dining room.

The place is furnished with the essentials (queen-sized bed, dining table, chairs, desk, couch, bookshelves, lamps), as well as some kitchen equipment (pots, pans, dishes, silverware), linen, and some cleaning supplies.

Laundry is shared with the housing complex. It's located in the basement of a unit right in front. It's about $2.00/wash or dry.

The location is in Cambridge, near Mount Auburn Hospital and the Charles River. It's very nice and green, more in the quiet spectrum. There are parks nearby. It's a very family-friendly area, especially with small children.

Utilities are included (electricity, water, gas, internet). We're asking for a security deposit to cover in case keys are lost or any major damages are made.

If you have a car parking is available on street, but you would have to get a permit. There's also a spot for car sharing right on the corner of the street.
