Holden Green Apartment

Hi! I'm a PhD student at Harvard subletting my 1-bedroom apartment from June to August, dates are flexible. It sits right between Cambridge and Somerville in a quiet community of mostly graduate students, faculty, and their families.

The unit is on... the second floor (no elevator, unfortunately) and comes fully furnished as shown in the photos, with kitchen basics included. There's a window AC unit and laundry is in the building at $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry. I also have a few plants I'd love to leave behind if you're willing to care for them —happy to offer a discount in exchange.

Location is a real highlight: the apartment is nicely positioned between Harvard, Union, Inman, and Porter Squares. A bus stop and two T stations are within walking distance, and you'll find three supermarkets plus plenty of bars and restaurants all within a 15-minute walk.

A few quick notes: per my lease, the subletter must be affiliated with Harvard. I'll be in the country over the summer and easy to reachm, so feel free to email or call with any questions!
