House in Newton

An old-fashioned home in Newton/Waban, two stories, nicely furnished, comfortable. We are looking for just 1-2 persons for the summer. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet; there is a large backyard (good for sunbathing), with a woods and trail... behind the yard. Small living/piano room (with piano), dining room, kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, large family room. About 3 miles from BC, so you can walk to BC; the T is within 8 minutes walking. Looking for someone who will treat our home with great care, as though it is theirs. Fully furnished. THERE IS PARKING IN THE CARPORT AND ON THE STREET. Sorry, no pets or smoking. The rent is low ($1850) since we would like our tenant to take care of a few things, such as the plants while we are away.
The maximum amount of people is 2.
