Huge apartment near Harvard Square with great natural light for families or two roommates

Fully furnished 1-bedroom convertible available for sublet near Harvard Square from December 1 to January 31. The apartment is a spacious 685 sq ft and can comfortably function as a two-bedroom by using the living room as a second sleeping area.... Bright natural light fills the home through large bay windows in both rooms. Quiet and ideal for winter research, internships, or coursework. A 5–10 minute walk to Harvard Square and the T.

All utilities are included in the rent of $3,100 per month. This covers heat, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready.

The unit includes a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, a dedicated desk area, a TV set, and ample storage. The living room can be set up as a second bedroom if needed and we welcome two roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, cookware, and dinnerware. Central AC and heating keep the apartment comfortable throughout the season. Laundry is in the building. There is also an elevator, a fitness room, a mail room, and parking available upon request. A large shared balcony on the floor offers open views.
