HUH Large Room close to Law School

I'm Jeff, a male 1L at the law school seeking a roommate to split my 1-Bed convertible with!

Spacious room in a 1 bedroom convertible at 29 Garden Street. Same unit as shown on the HUhousing website for 29 garden St. apartments under 1 bedroom...
convertible.

To be clear, this is not for the entire unit, but one of the two bedrooms in the unit, with a shared kitchen, fridge, and bathroom. You will not find much competition from me for these common facilities, as I spend most of the daytime hours at the law school. The room is already furnished with the essentials, including a twin bed, an office chair, dresser, and desk lamp. If youre on or around campus, I'm happy to give you a tour of the room before you decide. Move-in is flexible: I ask only that you stay with the lease at least through the end of the Fall semester, December 31, as it wouldn't be realistic for me to find a new roommate if you ended in, say, November. That being said, you can stay all the way through the end of the lease June 30th.

A little bit about me: I'm pursuing environmental law at the law school, and enjoy reading and painting in my spare time. I'm quiet, go to bed before midnight, and don't smoke or have pets. I'm happy to go to coffee or video call to get acquainted!

Please text any inquiries to 512-906-6125: I will respond very promptly. You can move in immediately, though I unfortunately cannot give much assistance as I can only walk with crutches.
