Large and quiet unit in a 2-Family House close to Campus

The apartment is on the first floor of the two -family house, located within a cul-de-sac area in Brighton Center. The feeling of the place is that of the country within the city. It is very safe and quiet, but it is within walking distance of all... the places you may be interested in or need. Cleaveland Reservoir is within an easy walk. Public transportation is available to all colleges. The bus to Harvard Square stops at the bottom of our hilly street. Boston College is within walking distance. The owner (me) lives in the second unit upstairs and maintains the property.

The apartment is Philadelphia style, 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, and the 4th is on the second floor. The bedrooms are spacious and there are closets in all bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms with the tubs and showers. There is a small entryway which includes a closet. The living room includes a closet as well. The kitchen is modern, it includes microwave, and a garbage disposal. Laundry is in the basement, it is coin operated, but the charges are minimal.

It is very easy to park and the permit is not required. I do have parking behind the house as well but there should be a discussion about its use if desired.
