Large furnished bedroom with attached full bathroom available in a beautiful, sunny, top-floor condo, walking distance to Harvard. Bedroom is 10x13 with a large California closet and its own mini-frig and microwave. Airy front deck is a lovely place... to sit and have your coffee. You'll feel like you're living in the treetops. Use kitchen **occasionally** for getting fresh water, washing your dishes, or once-a-week cooking, but no full access to the rest of the unit. (This is non-negotiable.) Room is available from Jan. 2, 2027 through May 31, 2027. (If you move in mid-month we will pro-rate that month's rate.)

Wifi, electricity, and water are included in the rent; there's an additional $100/month charge for heat in January, February, and March.

Quiet, friendly, family neighborhood on a one-way street with a lovely front garden, just around the corner from Fresh Pond, a beautiful public place to run, bike, or walk. Easy access to the Minuteman bikeway that takes you into funky Davis Square or out to Lexington. Walk to the top of the street for the local market and restaurants. Easy walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and a short jaunt to the full grocery at Star Market across from Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

Plenty of on-street parking, and room for your bike in the basement. Reach everything in town in minutes. Come and go without ever having to interact with me, if you wish. I'm an older single gay woman working at home, with a small hypoallergenic puppy who won't go in your room, and a college student who sometimes comes home for a weekend or break.

You and your guests may not smoke or vape (anything) on the property.
