Use kitchen **occasionally** for getting fresh water, washing your dishes, or once-a-week cooking, but no full access to the rest of the unit. (This is non-negotiable.) Room is available from Feb. 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026.

Wifi, electricity, and water are included in the rent; there's an additional $100/month charge for heat in February and in March.

Quiet, friendly, family neighborhood on a one-way street with a lovely front garden, just around the corner from Fresh Pond, a beautiful public place to run, bike, or walk. Easy access to the Minuteman bikeway that takes you into funky Davis Square or out to Lexington. Walk to the top of the street for the local market and restaurants. Easy walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and a short jaunt to the full grocery at Star Market across from Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

Plenty of on-street parking, and room for your bike in the basement. Reach everything in town in minutes. Come and go without ever having to interact with me, if you wish.
