Large duplex 1 bedroom overlooking Fresh Pond 1 mile from campus

Beautiful large 1 bedroom duplex 2cd and 3rd floor apartment overlooking Fresh Pond; street parking always available ! This unit receives tons of natural light and is very spacious with hardwood floors throughout. Located on Huron Avenue this... apartment is 4 1/2 blocks from Star Market (Mt Auburn St location), is near several shopping centers, restaurants and stores of Huron Village , and has many public transportation options, the closest is only 250 feet from the house.

The duplex is located on the second and third floors of a 3 family house. The second floor features an open kitchen and dining area with lots of windows on 3 walls creating a bright and inviting space. The third floor is a large open space with well-separated bedroom and living room areas, a full bath, lots of included storage, a back porch, and great views of Fresh pond. Laundry machines are located in the basement and is mostly used by the residents of this unit. We have a full sized dishwasher on wheels with a countertop attached for use.

Bike storage is available in the detached garage. Nearby bus lines 72/75 bus lines 30 seconds from property, the 71 & 73 bus just 5 block away, and Harvard Square T Station or Porter Sq Red Line and Commuter Rail Station is 1.6 miles away.
