> Bedroom features a full-sized bed (i.e. "double bed"), not a queen bed.
> This apartment previously was occupied by owner's mother. For this reason, there are two "pass through" doors to the upstairs apartment -- both of which we ask you to keep locked for mutual privacy.
> Owner provides an initial starter supply of household consumables (e.g., paper goods, basic cleaning products, light bulbs); tenant is responsible for replacement of these items as needed thereafter.
> No subletting and no additional occupants not listed on the lease without written permission of the owner.
> No smoking of any type, including vaping.
> No pets.
> No parking. Belmont has an overnight parking ban, so street parking is also not available.
> E‑bikes and e‑scooters are permitted only if they use UL‑listed batteries/chargers and are in good condition (no damage, swelling, or overheating).
