Lease takeover for single bedroom in Allston (in 3 bed/1.5 Bath)

Hi, looking for someone to take over my lease in a bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment! I'd like to find someone to move in October or later.
Bedroom can come unfurnished, or we can work out a deal if you want to buy my furniture (I'll sell for... cheap)! The lease lasts into September of next year, and there's opportunity to renew. Photos show the bedroom with furniture, and also other shared spaces in the apartment. The apartment has a dishwasher, central AC, heating and there is laundry in the basement. The apartment also has a private porch in the back. Please reach out to me if you are interested or have any questions. The other two roommates are working professional women in their 20s.
Location: Easton St in Lower Allston
Rent: $995/month
Parking: There's driveway parking ($120/month which you might split with another roommate, can usually park two cars side by side) or there's permit parking on the street.
Location: 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's/Dunkin, close walk to Harvard business school/engineering school.
