Lease transfer for 1-bed
I need to move-out urgently for family reasons so I am looking for someone to take over my lease from mid-Dec until end of June, but the dates are somewhat negotiable. Possible to apply for a renewed lease in June if you want to stay longer.
I can't... reasonably bring my furniture overseas, so am I willing to sell my furniture, kitchenware, electronics, etc. to the new tenant at a _very_ discounted price. Ideal for an incoming student or post-doc needing a move-in ready home!
The apartment is across the street from Harvard Law School, and less than a 10 minute walk from Harvard Yard. It's close to the T (in between Harvard Square or Porter Square).
It's a one-bath/one-bedroom of approximately 420 sqft. Small but well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
Heat, gas, water, trash, and sewer are included in the rent, but electricity and high-speed internet is payed by the tenant (for reference I have been paying ~$50/month for electricity, and $15/month for internet the first year).
