Easy commute on 73 Bus to Harvard Square (stop is at bottom of our hill), Mass Pike entry less than a mile in Watertown Square. 2nd and 3rd Floor apartment with lots of space, a fireplace for cozy times, a fabulous 3 season porch, large yard & veggie garden, a grill and patio, use of the fully stocked kitchen, driveway parking if needed in winter (on street in summer), Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, Amazon Prime, AppleTV on the large wall mounted tv in the living room, great turn table and audio system, a piano (if that makes you happy). I am a single empty nester in a 4 bedroom place so...options. I do have cats - indoor/outdoor - so if you're allergic, probably not the best fit and also cannot accept others.
