Looking for Two Roommates (Female Christians, preferred) to Share Sunny, Charming 3BR Unit in JP

Hi!
I am a mature Christian female looking for two roommates (female preferred, but will consider male applicants,) for two rooms that are immediately available for sublease until the end of August with the option to sign on to a year lease as of...
September 1, 2026. The ideal roommates will care to create a sense of community; engaging with each other day-to-day, sharing how our day went or about general/apartment concerns, and pulling their weight with respect to the chores. They will be people that prize open communication and make a personal investment in making the place they live beautiful.

Quick Bio: I am actively involved at my church, including, most recently, as part of the Worship Team. I have a 2 y.o. pet bunny named that is the love of my life, and I love to read, discuss the news of the day, sing, dance, and take in nature whenever possible. Some creative projects I'm working on are: Creating marketable products out of photos I've taken from around the city, various writing projects, and fine tuning my makeup artistry skills at local events. I welcome the international community and embrace diversity.
This is a beautiful unit on the first floor of a triple-decker home in the artsy, community-oriented neighborhood of Jamaica Plain in Boston, MA. The bedrooms are sunny and spacious with hardwood floors, large windows, and a nice amount of closet space. There is limited storage in the basement available also.

The smaller room is 11' x 11' (122 ft.,) has one closet, one large window, and is renting for $1300.

The larger room is 12' x 13' (156 ft.,) has two closets, two large windows, and is renting for $1350.
**THE BEDROOMS ARE NOT FURNISHED.**

The kitchen is clean, spacious and beautiful with lots of storage and a kitchen island that separates the kitchen and living room. The living room is furnished, but I would welcome your furniture/art additions. There is a large private deck at the back of the house and a brick patio that is shared with all the tenants in the building. There is also a small private deck on the side of the house. It makes the unit excellent for both relaxing and entertaining.

There is a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement shared by all three units, and modest storage in the basement. The unit is walking distance to the Forest Hills T stop, and roughly a block away from the 39 bus. Only street parking is available, unfortunately, but no permit is required. The unit is in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Jamaica Plain (JP Center,) Longwood Medical area, the Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Pond, and running/bike trails. Heat is not included in the rent. The utility bills are roughly $60/month in the Summer to $150/month in the Winter, including electric, gas and Wi-Fi.

Please reach out ASAP! This is in a great location for students or for people looking for a spot close to the T (subway) and Longwood Medical Area, and we can accommodate requests for April 1 or April 15 move-in dates.

The landlord requires a good credit rating and references from 2 previous landlords. Please message me with any additional questions and to schedule a showing. Thanks!

Approximate Utility Cost: $60-$150 per person monthly (Summer vs Winter)
