Lovely 2 month sublet in the heart of Fenway
We're subletting our apartment for July and August. It's a two bedroom apartment, which we'll leave partially furnished if you'd like (1 bedroom and kitchen items, open to negotiation, let us know what you need) and rent below-market rate. Internet... included.
Tentative dates are July 7th through August 31st (willing to sublet for some weeks and/or negotiate start and end dates). Laundry in the basement (card operated), in-unit dishwasher and AC. If you're looking for a place to rent while you're waiting for that regular September 1st start date, this is for you!
The apartment is in a fantastic location: within a few minutes walk of Target, Star Market groceries, lovely restaurants and bars, tons of exercise studios (CorePower/HandleBar/etc.) and has a blue bikes stand right behind the house. We're right on the Fens, which means you have a lovely park to lie in during the summer and easy access to basketball courts and a track (5 minute walk). The MFA is just on the other side of the park.
It's a ten minute walk to Northeastern, 15 minutes or less to Boston University, and a 15 minute/25 minute easy bike ride to MIT/Harvard respectively. 10-15 minute walk to various green line stations, 18 minute walk to the orange line/commuter rail.
We've absolutely loved it here, and we think you will too.
