Madison Street 3 bedroom apt for 2 people

Sunny , unfurnished, 3 bedroom apartment available for 2 people who want to use one room for an office or for a couple. Very old house with narrow staircases and a victorian vibe in places. Warm original wood flooring - in one room - very old (like... more than a hundred years old original) - renovated kitchen space - and hard oak woodwork in cabinetry. Full size refrigerator - and newer gas stove. Disposal in kitchen sink -black granite counter. Small but eat in kitchen space.
One bedroom is in the back and overlooks the downstairs garden yard. No adjacent apartment on three sides - so lots of privacy and quite. Has a normal closet and a huge storage closet in the back of the room. Front room in the apartment currently used as an office - is as big as a small bedroom however. Larger bedroom is on an upper floor by itself and contains a huge walk in closet storage space.
Bathroom is smaller (see pics) and has an ancient (recently painted) clawfoot tub/shower. This is on the small side, so not super accessible for larger people or kids.
Entrance to the apartment is front of the house and has a long stairwell to second floor of the house.
Nice pleasant mojo, but old house with quirks and wonky windows. Laundry is free and shared - and has good machines, but it is a trek down to the basement and around to the other side of the house in a low ceiling basement.
Area of Cambridge is beautiful and accessible to everything by walk of ten to fifteen minutes - Harvard square, Porter square and Mass Ave, Charles River. FreshPond is a five minute drive.

Bus stop is across the street on Concord Ave. Walk 15 minutes to the T.

Owner interviews- requires First, Last and Security deposit within reasonable time frame.
