I have an empty room I need to fill asap so great rent reduction for March for 1200. then April regular rent of 1600.

I am Italian American and speak and write Italian so I can facilitate any Italian medical professionals with... their stay .

If you are coming to America for the first time ,I can help you get settled by taking you grocery shopping and show you the routes to Longwood Medical area.

My rent is usually 1600. That is very reasonable for what I offer , a fully set up supportive home to facilitate your research , medical work .

2nd floor of 3 decker on private way but right off Cypress and close to everything. In safest area in Bkline/police station is around corner. Organized, quiet, lovely, residential area. 1 shared porch, 1 private porch with largest bedroom , tree views from all rooms, one side of house where all bedrooms are faces Emerson Park.
No smoking of any kind, etc. Only for those who seek a low key ,quiet home and for those who appreciate having a host who purchases and pays for all household paper items, all chemical free household products, chemical free cleaning supplies, light bulbs ,linens, etc. and handles all repairs. Provides a fully furnished and fully set up home.

Host is trained as a Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide ,as a yoga teacher by Patricia Walden ,as a macrobiotic health counselor, and natural foods cook for health and illness. I am very devoted to my yoga studies which include yoga philosophy and Sanskrit.

Please state from when to when with date and month on both ends when a room is needed so that I can respond in full to your inquiry. Rental includes kitchen . Well known guests ok but how many and how often must be established before moving in. No new regular overnight male visitors. Newly met males are not permitted.
First and last deposit, $100 cleaning security . professional cleaner comes in 1x a month but everyone must clean up after themselves in bath and kitchen and keep a clean room, no stacking used dishes in kitchen or bedroom.
Seeking quiet renter for a quiet home of medical professionals .

I belong to a hiking club and hike every weekend .
There is a chapter to this club for 20 and 30 year olds and the hikes are a great way to explore .
