The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house in a safe residential neighborhood in and... includes a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, pantry, three bedrooms, bathroom, dishwasher, and two porches. The available bedroom is 8 ft x 11 ft and comes with a twin size bed, nightstand, chest for clothes, table, and chair. The house is about 0.5 mile from either Porter or Davis Square red line stops, 0.3 mile from the Magoun Square green line stop, and adjacent to the Somerville community/bike path which runs to Davis Square, Cambridge, Arlington, and Lexington, and in the opposite direction to Boston. The nearest shopping center is in Porter Square, which has a Star Market (supermarket) and other essential stores (CVS pharmacy, Target hardware store) as well as restaurants. More restaurants are located in nearby Harvard Square, Davis Square, and Assembly Row. A commuter rail stop is located in Porter Square. Rent is $900/month plus utilities.
