November 1st Low-key home seeks 3rd housemate (Shared Housing)

We are two medical professionals, one working days, one working overnights, man 39, woman 44, seeking a like-minded third housemate for November 1st. We’ve been sharing a wonderful updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Jamaica Plain for the past 6+... yrs and our long-term 3rd housemate is relocating out of state. We are 2 miles from Longwood - 35 min walk; 7 min walk to Stony Brook Orange Line, close to the Southwest Corridor bike path, to Centre St, to Jamaica Pond, and the 39 bus route. Our place is in a beautiful wooded residential neighborhood that is a peaceful, quiet place to call home.

Rent: $1100/each. Utilities: gas heat, electric, and internet are split evenly 3 ways. No off-street parking, resident sticker required for street parking and easy to find. Outside of fish, no pets permitted. The common areas include a furnished kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor deck. In-unit laundry. The bathroom is shared with the guy only. The kitchen has a gas stove, dish washer, granite countertops and ample space. Hardwood floors throughout with sky lights in the living and dining rooms – plants love it. The bedroom is 12x15ft, has a large closet and a bonus door to the deck.

About us: We are quiet, both work a lot in Longwood and at home, and mainly socialize outside of the home. We enjoy traveling outside of MA and internationally. We keep a clean home, are healthy/active, smoke-free/drug-free, and desire the same. We are independent of each other but enjoy catching up in passing. We are seeking a male housemate looking for home to be a welcomed retreat from work and the grind.
