One Western Ave -- furnished bedroom & private bathroom in 2BR/2BA

This listing is for one bedroom and a private bathroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on the "bridge" structure in the One Western Ave apartment complex. It's a great place to live: quiet, air-conditioned, and equipped with a modern... kitchen and a comfy living room. It's a walking distance away from most of Harvard's schools (most proximal to HBS and SEAS). A fuller description of the apartment complex's amenities can be found on the HU Housing website.

This apartment is furnished (at no cost to you)! In particular, a full-size bed, bed frame, desk, and chair are available for you.

Full-year commitments --- from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 --- are preferred, though you're welcome to inquire about summer sublets or other short-term leases at least through the end of August. It's possible to move up the start date if you'd like.

About me:
* I'm a PhD student at Harvard SEAS (pronouns he/him). I am intentional about being a quiet, clean, and respectful neighbor. I also follow a pretty typical schedule and usually work away from home.
* Here's a smattering of things I like: vegan fitness, especially running; anything math-y; progressive politics; discussing the intersection of technology and society. I love going down nerdy rabbit holes with friends.

About you:
* I'd hope that you were usually quiet and clean, too. I'd also hope that we'd strike a good balance on hosting social events or having overnight guests.
* I'm open to candidates of any gender --- I've had both male and female neighbors previously.
