A parking space is available. This large room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair, and 2 closets, but the furniture can be removed if the tenant(s) have their own furniture. This is an ideal situation for medical students, postdocs, doctors, researchers or other professionals working in the Longwood Medical Area or at Boston College, MIT, Boston University or Harvard University. You will share an eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large TV, a porch and a full bath. In addition, we have one of the most beautiful courtyards in Coolidge Corner. We are a retired couple who spend much of the winter in our Florida home and many weeks of the summer in our New Hampshire home.
