Private Furnished Studio Apartment

This bright and comfortable private Studio Apartment has one main living room/bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The apartment is furnished with the kitchen fully equipped and includes towels, bed linens, wifi internet,... gas, hot and cold water. Electricity is set up but charged separately. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

Located in the heart of the Fenway - near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway and the Longwood Medical Area - the apartment offers the best of city living. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is available now to mid/late-May; now to mid-August or now to the end of December.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350 and rent is $2500 per 4 weeks.

Other studios in the same building are available for the Summer Semester, from May 1 or from late June, or for the Fall Semester/Academic Year from late August. Rates vary depending on semester and duration.
